BP Nouveau Member/Group front seems to be confusing

By default the Customizer settings for these 2 features are active, but reading these two support topics, I believe it creates some confusion we could avoid.

Should we disable it by default? I'd personally say: as long as we do not have some documentation page explaining the BP Nouveau Customizer panel, YES.

most of the time we have to keep it off, better to set disable by default for all

In 13009:

BP Nouveau: deactivate single Member & Group front pages by default

Even if Blocks can now be added to widgetized area which should give more attractiveness to these front pages, feedbacks on our support forums shows it can be confusing for users.

Activating these front pages remains totally possible using the BP Nouveau customizer section.
