Add the show_instance_in_rest Widget option to all BuddyPress Widget. See ​https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/how-to-guides/widgets/legacy-widget-block/#1-display-the-widgets-instance-in-the-rest-api

In 12976:

Set the show_instance_in_rest to true for all BP Widgets options

Using this widget option will allow users to transform our legacy widgets to widget blocks.
