Styles are slightly different from user profile / group manage screen / groupe create screen. From the scss file, we need to move these styles into the generic .item-body selector so that they are applied everywhere, the same way.

Update the twentytwentyone.scss file gathering all Avatar UI styles into the "Item Body: Global" subsection.
