Source Text single quote should be double quote

localization text was not working in file below
buddypress/bp-templates/bp-nouveau/buddypress/members/single/profile/edit.php

line 34 should be defined as below to get source text.

"Editing '%s' Profile Group"

current code is like below

'Editing "%s" Profile Group'

I am unable to replicate with the latest BP and current translation files, the original code translates correctly.
