For site admin Delete account page is not visible.

Description
In Export Data page, there is option provided for data erase, where its mentioned that, to erase data associated with account visit, "Delete Account" page, but under settings there is no Delete Account page.
similarly for user of the site, "Delete account page" is provided in Settings page.
Please refer the snapshots attached.
If its mentioned that to erase data associated with account visit "Delete Account" page then there should be Delete Account page to delete all data.

Site admins are always able to delete the user by visiting the Dashboard, but you're right that it makes sense for them to be able to do it from here as well.
Any patch will have to fix both the navigation and will also have to ensure that the actual delete process can be performed by a bp_moderate user.
Was unable to attach 2 files, but note that i have attached admin user account snapshot which shows that Delete account page is not present but for users it is present.
