Pot file was not generated during the 3.2.0 release

Someone alerted me in the WordPress-fr slack that some strings were not translated although the fr_FR Translation on GlotPress was 100% completed.

I've checked this string : Your account was activated successfully! You can now log in with the username and password you provided when you signed up. into ​https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/buddypress/trunk/buddypress.pot and I confirm it's missing.

I think we forgot to makepot or something went wrong during the grunt release task as the pot file wasn't updated on wp-plugin trunk. See the screenshot below.

The pot file was not updated in Trunk but it was in 3.2.0

I've just refreshed it (​https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/1951604/). Let's see if it fixes the issue.

Just tested, the language files automatic upgrade fires within the dashboard and once you update them : It's fixed.
