Activation link not working in email notification to activate account

The activation link in the emails being sent to users to activate their account is not working. It sends you to a page that says "invalid redirect". The email shows the email token activate.url. Is there supposed to be a key token as well?

@adminbt5 - It's possible that the email content was modified from its original.

Try reinstalling the emails in the WP admin dashboard at "Tools > BuddyPress". Then try another registration and see if the activation email content looks correct.
