PMs should be able to be saved as a draft copy and returned to at a later time for sending.

This would be a nice one for 1.7 :-)

Saving drafts is something I appreciate about vanilla, and would be useful here. I primarily am thinking about forum replies, but PM's would be a good idea too.

This had no traction, but I'll pass on to the new template pack contributors so we can consider using HTML5 localStorage (or whatever it's called, or whatever the modern equivalent is) in our new templates.
