notifications not disappearing

Description

The notifications are not dissapearing even after being clicked on. I tried disabling every plugin and changing the theme too but nothing is working.

Thanks for writing to us. We're sorry for causing this break. I think this issue is covered by #7907

I think this will be fixed by #7907 so marking as closed given the relative lack of specific details in this one (which would have let me test and try to recreate, after that other fix).
