See #7698.

Attached is a first pass at export for notification data. I've opted to include everything, both read and unread. It results in a very large export. (Might want to make that behavior filterable.) I had to kludge a bit to get the notifications formatted, but it works.

There's (one?) loose comparison statement which you could swap out for when you commit (== vs ===) but looks fine.
