Description

Right now we bundle it as part of the bp-nouveau/includes/classes.php file and it should probably receive its own file.

Where do we want to place it? Just in the main includes folder for bp-nouveau?

Whatever seems appropriate to you. I don't care much about the folder structure within Nouveau folder.
