Friendship Add /Reject does not function

When a user wants to accept or reject a friendship request nothing happens.

Thanks for your ticket. I'm not able to replicate the issue you're seeing. Can you tell me a few other things:

What theme are you using?
What BP template pack are you using? (Nouveau or Legacy)
Can you share the AJAX request and response when you attempt to accept or reject a friendship? Here's an example:
