Quick scan:

  1. Style screen for mobile and desktop views
  2. Replace <h4> with <h3> for username. <h2> is "Membership Requests"
  3. Replace <button> surrounding "Request Sent" with <p> element.

Attached patch brings the markup and styling of the membership requests list up to par with the friendship request list as seen in ​https://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/7716/accept-reject-desktop-mobil.png.

@mercime yes thanks styling for the mobile view looks good, as long as we are matching to other list screens of similar type lets slam it in.
