BP-Nouveau - dissappearing nav menus

I seem to have broken BP-Nouveau.

On a reasonably fresh install which was running with Graphene and Gutenberg plus a handful of other plugins running, I installed BP then switched to BP-Nouveau. I noticed the hint about using the customizer setting and I basically turned everything on and saved it. I messed around adding plugins etc and was admiring the new layout.

Then I decided to switch to 2017 to see how they looked (I noticed on Graphene that the BP widgets were looking stretched vertically and wanted to see if it was the same on a default theme - they do on my widescreen laptop, look pretty bad. anyway it was then that I noticed I had no nav menus in Groups or Profile pages.

Switch back to Graphene, deactivated all plugins but no joy, I've not been able to get them back.

A slight update, in Beta1 switching back to BP-Legacy brings the menus back.

But switching back to Nouveau removes them again. :(

I played around with this, trying to reproduce, but I'm not sure what exactly I should be looking at. Switching around between Graphene and 2017 doesn't do anything to the nav menu that I have assigned to the "main" or "Top Menu" area. Perhaps you mean some other "nav menu"? @Venutius Perhaps you could share screenshots?

Here is a screenshot of the members profile as it now appears, Nouveau menu has been set to vertical.

I tried deleting the Nouveau items in the db to see if that would fix it but still the menu's were gone. In the end I had to delete the site and start from fresh. Now I've done that I'm not able to recreate the issue.
