Use the correct position of admin-bar-logo

Description

The position of admin-bar-logo is seted in IMG object, but is correct set the css position in the parent of that object IMG. i.e: <a>

The previous problem can be observed when replacing the BuddyPress logo by another larger.

Attach the diff file with the solution.

The logo isn't in the default theme that comes with BP 1.1/trunk, so I'm closing this.
