@-mention JS "remote filter" doesn't work

Description

The update to atwho.js in [11795] appears to have broken the remote_filter callback in bp_mentions.js. atwho (annoyingly) changed the callback name from remote_filter to remoteFilter, so I believe we have to make the corresponding change. cc @DJPaul for a sanity check on that.
