Description
The page http://myprofile.testdrivewpmu.com/ and http://myprofile.testdrivewpmu.com/profile have the same content which could be a problem in the search engines.
It would be better to not have the /profile page as the profile can be viewed on the http://myprofile.testdrivewpmu.com/.

This is not necessarily true. Site admins can set the root as something else by changing $bpdefault_component.
