Description
When I activate BuddyPress 2.9.0 with Jetpack 5.2.1 installed, the dashboard becomes inaccessible.
If BuddyPress is installed and I activate Jetpack, the dashboard becomes inaccessible.
WordPress 4.8.1
New WordPress install.
Theme = Twenty Seventeen.

I'm also using BuddyPress with Jetpack, and wp-admin is accessible for me. Sometimes there's an extra step to get logged in because of Jetpack Protect, but the process seems to work.
@jdorner: Have you already tried deactivating all other plugins to be sure that BP + JP is the issue?
Given this team's relative lack of resources compared to Automattic/Jetpack, I'd also suggest you file a support ticket with them as they'll honestly probably help you sooner.
We need more details: what exactly does "inaccessible" mean? And are there any information in your server's PHP error logs?
