Link in email notification to private message doesn’t work

Description
When a user gets a new private message notification email, the link back to the site doesn’t work. It starts with
The double http breaks the link.

- Milestone Awaiting Review deleted
- Resolution set to invalid
- Status changed from new to closed
- Version 2.8.2 deleted
It looks like you might have altered the email template that is causing this problem.
In the WP admin dashboard, go to the Emails tab and find the "Recipient has received a private message" email.
View the contents of the email and see if you added an inadvertent http
to the "Open the message" link.
