sql error on inital activation

Description

New install of WPMU + BP, running trunk rev 1487. Following message appears in error log immediately after clicking 'activate site wide'.

[Fri May 15 21:40:36 2009] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] WordPress database error Table 'wordpress.wp_bp_groups' doesn't exist for query SELECT id FROM wp_bp_groups WHERE slug = 'plugins.php' made by require_once, require, do_action, call_user_func_array, groups_setup_nav, BP_Groups_Group->group_exists, referer: ​http://example.com/wp-admin/plugins.php
