BP Repair Tools - Recalculate user latest bbPress activity

Description

In the Facebook BuddyPress group, the Brazilian one, a person reported that they imported some users to bbPress, but in BuddyPress, the users were all unactivated. So apparently he had to activate all manually.

Looking for feedback in the bbPress channel on Slack, it was suggested to add this functionality in the BuddyPress Repair Tools page, calculating the latest bbPress activity for the users. That would activate the unactivated users.

I'd like some feedback if that would be the best approach.

In the last slack chat - see the logs above - there was some discussion about this and @espellcaste was going to check with the reporter in the Facebook group to find out more details.

The reporter doesn't speak English so here it is his feedback.

He imported into bbPress 8k users from Ning. The users could log in but they couldn't show up in the BuddyPress Members Directory because there were not activated.

So his main goal was to activate the users so that they could show up in the Members Directory.

@DJPaul explained in Slack the reason why BuddyPress works like that, mainly to avoid spam communities.

I would consider this a wonfix, as there is nothing wrong with BuddyPress. The current way it is working seems good, avoid spam is very important in a community and making easier to site builders to do that does't seem a very good idea.
