Feature Request: Introduce 'Add Members' into front-end Group Manage

With alot of the group management available from the front-end through the manage tab would appreciate the ability to add new members from this front end interface.

This is an interesting idea, but even if it makes it to the front end, I think this functionality should still be restricted to site admins. (Which I imagine is one of the reasons we have not been in a hurry to port this feature to the front end.)

What - add member, as opposed to send invitation to member to join group?

Via the wp-admin interface, site admins can add members to a group directly, bypassing invitations and acceptance. I think that's the request here, but since it takes the choice away from the user, it has to be very limited.

There's a difference between Site Admins and Group Admins. I don't think we'd ever want Group Admins having the ability to go into wp-admin to manage their Groups, which means we need to think about what features are intended for Group Admins vs Site Administrators.

Let's get some opinions.
