It was suggested to me by WPMU Dev that I report this to you in case it's a bug.

I have Last Name field set to Visibility "Only Me" but Last Name is showing up on my website for all users.

Is this field in Base fields group? That one, that appears on registration page.
Is it a required field?
Have you tested by both logged out and logged in with subscriber role?

Answers might be not related to the issue, but I would like to have a clear picture of it.

Thanks. I resolved this a long time ago by adding

.bp-user .field_325.field_last-name.required-field {display: none;}

to my Custom CSS
