Forums admin setup page doesn't have page title like BuddyPress Settings.
On this URL: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=bb-forums-setup

BuddyPress 2.6.2.

This is the bbPress 1 legacy set-up screen. I'm going to won't-fix this as it's for the legacy forums which are deprecated, but if someone wants to contribute a patch, we'll get it in.
