Buddypress Install problems

Description
Installed buddypress on brand new wordpress install using most current of both. Buddypress is only showing to page activity and members its not installing the rest of the pages needed. Nobody can register. I tried this at a different hosting company same problem. Tried it on domain subdomain and add on domain still the same issue all domains. The site im trying to use it on is 420gal.site with brand new wordpress install and most current 2.6.1.1 buddypress had hosting companies verify no issues with wordpress and made sure all plugins disabled so where do we go from here.
