Deletion of admin account should not be possible

Description

It is possible to delete admin account, even if it is the only account available.
If you do delete it, you will end up locked out, with no accounts at all.

Deleting of admin account, from within the same admin account, should not be enabled.

NO. This is NOT wpmu issue. In wpmu admin is not able to delete himself.
Please check, before you invalidate.
