Ajaxify private messaging

Description

When a member sends a private message, the recipient’s conversation should be automatically refreshed and a new message should be appended to the thread.

Similar to Facebook messages auto-updating.
Could be based on ideas behind Activity directory feed updating with new items.

Use heartbeat with like 5 sec delay (increased to 1 min or more when window unfocused)?
