Display blog posts on author's BP profile, and redirect author permalinks.

Description
We should add value to user profiles by showing authors' blog posts in their BuddyPress profile.
We can then redirect author permalinks to the much richer BuddyPress user profile.
Redirect /author/ permalink to BuddyPress user profile.

How would this relate to
new_blog_postitems in a member's activity stream? Provided the blog/post_type sync is on, you could filter the activity stream for this specific activity type, so you'll have them all listed, right?
