BP's fullname & MU's First/Last/Nick name collision

BP's Fullname require signup field collides with MU's First/Last Name fields.

There's also no way to edit BP's FullName which users must fill in at signup or option to turn it off.

This leads to major confusion, if someone enters:
BP-> FullName: Jackson
MU-> Username: consumerreports09
MU-> Nickname: whatever
MU-> FirstName: somethingelse
MU-> LastName: yetsomeotherlastname

Either there must be an option to turn off BP's fullname required signup field (yes, i can turn off xprofile, but i still need to have additional other fields, so i can't) or BP must/should use MU's First/Last/Nick name fields.

The full name field will sync with the MU firstname/lastname/nick field when it is updated in BuddyPress.

Turn off Xprofile and the first/last will be used. The information will also sync. If you turn off xprofile, there will be no sign up fields added.
