I posted this in the forums, but as I didn't see any mention of a similar issue (and I have torn my site apart trying to fix this), I thought I'd submit a bug.
When using the Settings feature of BuddyPress to change one's password or email a 404 is generated. Now, one can capably change their password or email through the WP admin and nothing else in the profile appears broken. And obviously the page itself loads just fine before hitting the Save Changes button. All other WP admin things, such as requesting a lost password, having it generate, etc. work fine. (In fact, I can't find anything else broken on the entire website except this one thing.)

Can't say I've seen this at all, and there's been no reports of anyone else getting this. Please try on a fresh install with the default themes.
