Companion Stylesheet - Twentyten and Twentyeleven

To complete the twenty* themes companion Styles project we'll run this ticket to manage updating BP with sheets for the remaining two themes twentyten & eleven.

As these are themes that are quite a bit older than the more responsive later themes such as 2015 these will be a rapid pass.

• Twentyten isn't a responsive theme so we'll mainly be removing breakpoints and ensuring there are no glaring issues.

• Twentyeleven has breakpoints so we'll just adapt ours to ensure we match the themes and optimize layout widths where possible for BP components.
