Messages: Add caching to BP_Messages_Message class

Description
If you are on your Notifications page and you have a ton of private message notifications, each private message notification queries the database.
We should cache calls to BP_Messages_Message class to prevent these DB queries.

We're closing this ticket because it has not received any contribution or comments for at least two years.
