Existing blogs not taken in my home base

I was running a working BP svn 309 (or something like that :P) on WPMU2.6. I've updated to svn312 and i have created the home base for my user. These are the only steps that i've made. But my existing blog doesn't appear in the "my blogs" tab in the home base.
If I try to create a now blog from now on it's managed as it should.
If I tray to create a blog with the same name of my existing blog it tells me "Congratulations... bla bla...", but the blog isn't listed anyway.
