The language resource for "Admin" must be separated

The word "Admin" is used at three point in 1.0-RC2

• bp-core/bp-core-adminbar.php:102
• bp-core/bp-core-adminbar.php:115
• bp-groups.php:261

But, this word has double meanings. In bp-core-adminbar.php, "Admin" means the role of a user. In bp-groups.php, "Admin" means the action for the group.

For some language, the translation must be separated for the situation. In Japanese, "Admin" for adminbar.php is translated as "管理者" (administrator), and "Admin" for groups.php is translated as "管理" (administration).

I suggest that use "Administrator" for adminbar.php. Because WPMU 2.7 uses the lang resource "Administrator|User Role" for this perpose.
