Description

The visual presentation of text and images of text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 (Level AA) ...

Automated and manual checks revealed that certain font and background colors in buddypress.css or buddypress-rtl.css which are used as base styles for all themes including the Twenty-* default themes, need to be corrected to pass color contrast ratio set in WCAG 2.0 AA standards.

Patch attached addresses the issue and also sneaks in a few indentation and capitalization changes.
Screenshots of effects on the Universal, Twenty Sixteen, and Twenty Fourteen themes are also attached for reference.
