Avatar should have styles in year themes

Description

If you adjust the avatar size with define it breaks the avatar. Should these have styles to specify sizing specific to theme?

iirc @imath and I did struggle with this aspect when the original user avatar camara uploader thingy was added, all I remember is it's a tricky factor re-sizing via the defines. Probably need to take another look and see exactly the issue at work.
