We need to decide on frontpage content, right now it just links to the api resources section. developer.wordpress.org has the big benefit of having theme/plugin handbook/docs to link to, but BuddyPress may not be quite so lucky.

Style wise, I think I have much of the coloring covered. Layout should inherit/match pretty well and as far as I can tell, I have all the trac links covered.

Would love any eyes I could get, looking around to find potential errors to fix.
