Description
Components, Pages, and Settings links are currently wrapped within

. To resolve this, we add a new page title with h1 heading before the links in h2
nav-tab-wrapper:
Configure BuddyPress

comes to mind :) or
BuddyPress Setup

.

Latest patch adds just "BuddyPress" as heading for the Settings > BuddyPress panels.

"BuddyPress Settings"
makes the most sense to me, but the third tab is called "Settings"
, which adds to the redundancy...
Happy to go with whatever term is chosen!
Maybe just "BuddyPress" -- don't know -- but yes.
