Multisite: "Repair" link doesn't work when configuring BP

Description

I noticed the "Repair" link doesn't work when clicked. See this screenshot for what I mean by the "Repair" link:

My setup:

  • localhost
  • BP 2.4.0
  • WP 4.3.1
  • Path-based network
  • Network-wide activation
  • BP as root blog in main site.
