Sort 'My Blogs' admin menu items by role with possible elimination of some roles

Yet another possibly useful thing. A forums user wanted to sort the admin bar's display so that 'admin' roles showed first in the menu. I thought it might be useful to also filter out some roles like 'subscriber' if they are just considered noise. Is this still a valid request? Not sure if it's something you'd still like to see, or if there's been filters/actions added to make this easier.

The roles don't show in the current version anymore; I believe this was changed because the DB queries were quite slow and they returned inconsistent results.
