cannot use any plugin&themes of buddypress in WPMU2.6

I've downloaded all plugins and themes from ​http://trac.buddypress.org/wiki/installing-buddypress, however, there is no response when copying all the plugins to mu-plugins folder, and I got a blank homepage if choosing the "default" theme of buddypress.

Btw, I cannot see the plugin list as well if copying those plugins to "plugins" folder where other non-buddypress plugins work fine but don't work also in "mu-plugins".

My WPMU is version2.6. Anyone can help on this issue?

Please make sure you have WPMU set up and installed correctly before you run BuddyPress, these sound like WPMU install issues.

Make sure you can create blogs, post posts and change themes with WPMU before you install BuddyPress.
