Fatal Error - Customizing buddypress themes

Description
I customized my buddypress home theme its working fine but as I click on any member and try to see its profile .............It gives fatal error.

This isn't a bug with BP, it more looks like something you missed as it is referring to the old theme path. Please post this on the forums and we can figure it out.
