	17	We need to be able to set the cover photo width and height for cropping and displaying. This cannot universally be done properly. We could set the width based on the theme's `$content_width` if available, but not every theme offers this.

17	19	The alternative is to offer a "tamer" version of the cover photo that works on every theme, which I do not think people will like as a default feature.
