Description
Hi,
I'm just realizing thatall actions, except the "%s’s profile was updated", have the user as subject. So, why don't use "User updated his profile"?

Because in English (and probably other languages?) the phrase "User updated his profile" requires that we know the gender of User, which we do not. See #4636. If you can think of a phrasing that doesn't run into this problem, please feel free to reopen this ticket.
