Send invites in default styles has a two column layout, re-factor this for small screen mobile view to prevent listed invites being squeezed out of existence - take to a stacked view for twenty fifteen & update twenty fourteens mobile view.

In small screen/mobile views the two column invites lists were too compressed horizontally, commit re-factors for stacked views.
