Attached patch and screenshot - first pass Welcome Screen.

  • Featured revamped Avatar UI in conjunction with the new Attachments API
  • Used layout from previous welcome screen with some minor changes like removing extraneous horizontal lines and replacing dashicons for Member Types and Star Private Messages.
  • Updated Under the Hood section
  • Added links to BP assets at the end for user reference.
