BP trunk 1281
WP trunk last monday
The avatars have been working a while at the beginning but now when i try to change personal avatar or group's avatar, i have a full black avatar...
All the process is working, i have my avatar, crop... BP say that it's succesful but always black images

Try the latest trunk, remove all plugins and custom themes and revert to a default setup then try again.
Make sure you have GD image library installed and the permissions on your blogs.dir directory are correct.
