Not quite sure what to make of the plugins.php file in the groups section. Any enlightenment on exactly what this file is for would be appreciated.

Need to determine what the hooks in bp-templates/bp-legacy/buddypress/assets/_attachments/avatars/index.php are for and get them added while I have the chance.

Members template are the only remaining grouping left at this point, outside of individual files mentioned above.
