Add paramter before in filter BP_Activity_Activity::get

Description

Filter will be used to filter lower activity at a given date, since the only filter to date only brings higher activities with dates.

You should check out the new 'date_query' parameter in #5803. This will be available in BP v2.1-beta scheduled some time tomorrow.

For documentation on the 'date_query' parameter either read the accompanying unit tests (r8787) or read up on the 'date_query' array parameter here:
