potbot goes wild adding buddypress.pot to every branch and tag

Changesets r8833 to r8919 inclusive potbot has added buddypress.pot to the root folder of EVERY branch and tag here on the buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/browser SVN repo.
Everything is fine in the plugin repo with only the single instance of buddypress.pot located in plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/buddypress/ via plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/965281/buddypress
Reasonably quickly fixed by a core committer with the full SVN checkout and delete buddypress.pot from the root of every branch and tag!
What will stop this from reoccurring though I do not know!

I believe this is part of nacin's efforts to help us out on #5621. As I understand, potbot was only previously "disabled" because we had deleted the bp-languages folder, which broke the script. Once #5621 is done to our mutual satisfaction, and potbot has been turned off, we'll just go through and delete these files.
